Rescheduling your booking is easy. Follow these steps: 1. Open the App/Website: Navigate to the 'Track' section. 2. Select the Booking: Choose the booking you want to reschedule. 3. Click on Reschedule: Select the 'Reschedule' option and choose your new preferred date and time. 4. Confirm Changes: Review the changes and confirm your booking details. Note: You won't be able to reschedule the booking if the driver is already on the way
How can I modify my package? +
Follow these steps: 1. Open the App/Website: Navigate to the 'Track' section > Support Section > Create ticket. 2.Fill in Details: Provide details about your current booking and the new package you want to switch to. 3. Submit the Ticket: Submit the ticket, and our customer support team will assist you with the package change. Note: Please refrain from modifying the package if the driver is already on the way, as it may cause inconvenience to the driver at the last minute.

Follow these steps: 1. Open the App/Website: Navigate to the 'Track' section. 2. Select the Booking: Choose the booking which you want to cancel. 3. Click on Cancel Booking.
What are the cancellation fees? +
Zero cancellation fees, if the driver has not yet left their home for your booking. Note: Please pay a cancellation charge of Rs 100 if the driver has already left their home and is on the way to your booking, to compensate for their time and travel expenses.

What are the overtime charges? +
Overtime charges are additional fees applied when a driver’s service extends beyond the initially booked time period. These charges compensate the driver for the extra time and effort they provide. The exact rate and calculation method for overtime charges can vary, so please refer to the "View Details" Section provided at the time of booking placement.
What are the cancellation fees? +
